Clear operating terms for merchants and customers.

These terms govern use of Sturee storefronts, merchant tooling, ordering, loyalty, and review features.

1. Service

Sturee provides digital storefronts and commerce tooling for local businesses. Merchants are responsible for menu accuracy, prices, fulfilment, refunds, customer communications, and compliance obligations that apply to their business.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and not misuse Sturee for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing activity.

3. Orders and payments

Orders placed through a merchant storefront are between the customer and that merchant. Sturee records order and payment status information so merchants can fulfil and audit orders.

4. Data protection — separate notice, not bundled consent

Sturee's personal-data practices are described separately in the Privacy Notice. Consent requested in forms is captured per purpose and is not bundled into these Terms. Merchants using Sturee to handle customer data remain responsible for their own controller obligations; Sturee acts as the platform processor/controller for data it stores and operates.

5. Reviews and public content

Reviews may be moderated before publication. By submitting a review for publication, you confirm it reflects a genuine experience and consent to display of your chosen display name, rating, and comment.

6. Changes and contact
